- Female only sessions - And a small selection of mixed gender sessions available.
- Small groups – Minimum 6 to a maximum 12 in each group
- Experienced, inspiring personal trainers – Who motivate you with specialised training and creative use of the outdoors in varied locations (we never go to the same place twice within one week!) and a real interest in assisting you achieve your health and fitness goals.
- Great range of well balanced sessions – Each includes a warm up and cool down, stretching, cardio using interval style training of short bursts of high intensity followed by lower intensity; resistance exercise that target all of your trouble spots by using bodyweight, medicine balls, resistance tubes, dumbbells and more!
- Ongoing support and advice – Through individual consultations, sharing of trainer expertise, support from like-minded women you’re training with, complimentary individual nutritional review and advice.
- Regular fitness assessment – So you can benchmark your progress.

Free Event training – Whether it be triathlons, half or full marathons, fun runs, there is usually a group of Pinkies training for some special event. We offer free group training sessions for these events depending on interest.
