Featuring classic Latin American dishes that have been given a modern makeover, the menu is a delightful combination of tapas-style dishes & share plates. The king prawn chupe with manchego crust is a mix of contrasting textures & inspired flavours, while the ceviche of kingfish, tuna, avocado and red onion is light, fresh & zesty making it ideal for summer.

Chilean chef Trinidad Lopez ensures the authenticity of the dishes are upheld to the high standards of the women in her family, and has even included some tried and tested family recipes. Boasting an impressive resume that includes a stint working in a dedicated cevicheria, Trinidad is the perfect woman to deliver the understated menu.
