Event Day Coordination Package
This package is designed to assist you in the immediate time before you wedding day and on the day coordination of all your services.
• Scheduled meeting/s as required to finalise services and products for your wedding day – one month prior to the wedding day
• Coordination of all pre-arranged event services and confirmation the week prior to the wedding
• Coordinate all final payments of services and products for your wedding day
• Full support on the day of the event to the Bridal party and the immediate family
• Full day attendance on the event day (max. of 12 consecutive hours)
• Personalized service with the support of an assistant on the event day as required
Total pricing of this package is $1110.00
This package price is based on the meetings and wedding occurring within the Northern Beaches or North Shore areas with a maximum of 100 guests.
Consultancy Package
This package is designed to reduce the cost and time in searching for the resources you need for your special day using my list of preferred suppliers
• 6-12 months of event planning
• 1 scheduled meeting per month to discuss the progress of the planning of your wedding
• Provide you with 2 quotes per supplier/service provider for the products you will require for your day.
• Consultation on the concept and theme of your wedding day
• Advise to the Bridal party and families on wedding etiquette
• Coordination of all deposits and final payments for scheduled services
• Arrange and attend the rehearsal ceremony as required
• Confirmation of all services for the event day
• Prepare and issue a wedding day schedule for all member of the Bridal party and family members
• Coordination of all services and suppliers on the event day up to the reception
• Personalized service with the support of an assistant on the event day as required
Total pricing of this package is $1,875.00
This package price is based on the meetings and wedding occurring within the Northern Beaches or North Shore areas with a maximum of 100 guests. All other areas may incur an additional charge. Details upon application.
This package can be upgraded to the Comprehensive package up to 3 months prior to the event date without penalty.
Comprehensive service
We can take care of any service you could possibly image from general house cleaning, ice sculptures, fireworks and the honeymoon. Let your imagination run wild!
