In-store, in front of you at all times, we will inspect your items, to determine their value. We will then be able to offer you our price-guarantee offer and once you accept this we will immediately pay you in cash (we can also provide a personal cheque if required).
By law we must record your personal details so you will be required to bring in your drivers licence or passport.

- We will send you our secure postal pack, that contains a registered postal envelope and clear instructions.
- Simply fill in the details form, enclose a copy of your photo ID, insert items into the pack then:
- Send via registered post at any Australia Post outlet.
- This is all at no cost to yourself and we fully insure your items.
- If you wish, and have a photo-enabled mobile-phone, we also invite you to take a photo of the items you are sending and MMS this to us to start the process.
- Once we have your parcel, we will email or text you to let you know it has arrived and then appraise your items. Within a few hours we will ring you with our offer. We will then be able to pay you immediately via direct credit into your nominated bank account or via personal cheque.
- All your items are fully insured by us so there is no need to worry.
