Yoga is non-competitive and not about being better, faster or more supple than anyone else. We believe you don’t have to be 25, supple and size 6 to benefit from Yoga (the founders of Qi certainly aren’t!)
Yoga is a practice that can be adapted to suit any life-stage or body-shape from teens, pregnancy, middle-age or mature years, so yoga can be for everyone.
