Scott Williams is a Freelance/Creative underwater photographer based in Allambie. He has had 7 years experience in underwater photography ranging from marine life to children, fashion, portfolios, adult portraiture and pregnancy in both ocean and pool environments.
- Scott is a photographer (crew member) for bumpmodels.com.au, Australia’s only pregnancy modelling agency.
- In 2009, Scott was a finalist in the olive cotton portraiture competition at the Tweed Head gallery. He has also displayed works in Underwater Australia Gallery and Newport Art Works among others.

The planning and organization was made easy with great regular communication. From the beginning of the shoot, I felt very comfortable as Scott is lovely and friendly.
As I had never done this before, I asked questions regarding outfits, make up and colours, these were all answered and explained, which made the styling easy, with many fabrics even provided, so I didn't really need to have anything other than a bikini. Direction given was really good, I was helped in various ways, for breathing, body shape and posture. Different coloured back drops were available; we used 2, the black and blue, which didn't actually take very long to attach.
The weather wasn't great on the day, we had cold winds and no heating in the pool. Scott was in the water, setting up and finishing for over 4 hours, shivering away and not complaining at all. By that following morning, I had already received an amazing shot along with a phone call to discuss the remaining shots, on how they turned out etc.. 2 days later, I saw the all the final images on a private link, which I was able to download and view the photos in high res.
Anyone wanting to shoot underwater, especially when pregnant, my advise is DO IT! It isn't easy, but the help and direction given makes it easier and you feel more and more confident as the day goes on. The whole day, was great fun and enjoyable, a great experience with AMAZING results, which not many people can say they have, to remember their pregnancy.

I have done 2 photo shoots with Scott. Before my first one I was a little bit nervous, but with Scotts professionalism and easy going personality, I soon felt at ease and very comfortable.
The experience was great fun, and seeing the photos at the end was very exciting. I never knew I could look that great under water! After seeing the photos from the first shoot, by the time the second shoot came around, I couldn't wait to get in the water. We had a fun day, and Scott had an eye for what he was looking for, so we tried new things and again the photos turned out even better than I had expected!
