Creative Mums

1. Entry is only open to Our Manly registered users (one entry per person)
2. To enter the competition you must submit a photograph of your artwork or written text (max 200 words) expressing the competition theme 'Mum = Mum 2'
3. Digital images must be in jpeg format, maximum file size 1MB
4. All entries must be original work
5. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Reproduction: Each entrant consents to the reproduction and/or publication of his/her work by newspapers, magazines, television, electronic or other means, and consents to his/her work being photographed and/or used for any or all purposes of publicity, criticism, review, research, reports and/or reference in connection with Power Box Productions - Creative Mums and/or any exhibition and publication authorised by Power Box Productions - Creative Mums.
7. Compliance: Power Box Productions - Creative Mums has the right to ask any artist for a Statutory Declaration that the work is his/her own original work and that all components relating to the work have full copyright clearance.
8. Queries: Any questions not covered will be directed to Power Box Productions - Creative Mums whose decision is final.
9. All entrants will be advised of the decisions of the judges by email details whether or not selected / exhibited / delivery & collection details.
10. All works selected for the exhibition will be listed on the Our Manly website by 1 August 2008.
11. Winning entrants will need to deliver works to Power Box Productions - Creative Mums by 5 September 2008 (couriers) or 6 September 2008 (local / self delivery).
12. Winning entrants accept responsibility for organizing all transport matters including costs of the delivery and collection of works.
13. The exhibition closes on Sunday 28 September. Winning entrants should collect their work from 4 - 6 pm Tuesday 30 September 2008 or 4 - 6 pm Wednesday 1 October 2008 from Power Box Productions - Creative Mums.
14. Commission: a 30% commission will be charged on all works sold during the exhibition.
15. Insurance: Power Box Productions - Creative Mums will not be responsible for loss or damage to any entry while in custody. Each winning entrant is responsible for maintaining their own insurance cover and their insurance arrangements with their carrier.

17. Competition starts 23 June 2008.
18. Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and entries and disqualify an entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting a claim or entry that is not in accordance with these conditions.
19. Promoter shall not be liable for, and takes no responsibility in relation to, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. Please note your information will not be supplied to third parties, and will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
21. Insurance and warranty for any prize products or services will be the responsibility of the vendor suppliers of the prize.
22. Power Box - Creative Mums prizes include: Portrait Shoot Voucher by Vanilla Beans Pictures for Mum & Daugther at the value of $450, Colour Workshop Voucher for Mum & Daughter by Karen Pine at the value of $150 Prizes need to be redeemed at the Vendors.
23. AvantCard Prize: Winners inclusion will be at the sole discretion of the Avant Card editorial staff – no correspondence will be entered into.The Artists maintains all copyright on their work. Responsibility for breach of copyright arising from any contribution will lie solely with the contributor. By submitting any material to us for publishing you agree to hold us harmless from any claims thatmay be brought as a result of you having breached the copyright of any third party.
