Me Surf - 'The Faces of Surf' Photographic Collection - Tony Abbott - a Wet Suit Surfer - Surf Sydney
A collaborative project between Me Surf and Conspiracy Theory The "Faces of Surf" project, as part of the Manly Festival of Surfing, visually captured the true spirit of surfing along with Surfers, Spectators and Locals. Placing faces inside a light tent in front of a lens, in the natural surf environment, shot and sent on their way. So that what you see is what they left behind.

Faces of Surf is a new project Me Surf has begun working on with the talented crew at the Plummer/Kennedy Conspiracy Theory.
"We wanted to capture surfers, locals and onlookers alike as they engaged in the Manly Festival of Surf. Using a special portable light room, we were able to capture people in the moment and allow the photo tell a story about 'me', the surfer in front of the lens." - mesurf
The first event was kicked off during the Manly Festival of Surf and during the four days over 300 people were photographed. A selection of images were placed up in local bars and café’s for people to see.
